Charles Johnston and
Ada Hammond demonstrate their

recognition. Charles is board-certified by

He has successfully conducted more than 50 of trials in
his representation of clients.
Ada Hammond is a
member of the Labor and Employment and Appellate Law
sections of the Florida Bar, and is currently the
President Elect of the Hispanic Bar Association of
Northeast Florida.
Both attorneys have in-depth
experience in handling appellate work in complex
civil cases. This includes their work in the
ground-breaking case, Carter v. Brown & Williamson
- the first successful suit in the United States
brought by a smoker against big tobacco and upheld
on appeal by the United States Supreme Court.
