In practice for
over 25 years, Charles Johnston is an experienced civil trial attorney. He is
one of the select Florida attorneys who have the right to be known as “legal
experts dedicated to professional excellence” – earning this right after
becoming board-certified as a specialist in civil trial law by the Florida Bar.
He has successfully conducted more than 50 trials, representing both individuals
and businesses in a wide range of civil claims. In addition to his career in
civil trial law, his legal knowledge and expertise has been deepened and
informed by his past experience as Law Clerk to John H. Moore II, U.S. District
Judge for the Middle District of Florida, and by his four-year tenure as an
Assistant Public Defender in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
